Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us (joey@marandme.com) with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us to arrange the process.
